Grimwith Reservoir is a Yorkshire Water reservoir which is situated on the north side of the B6265 about 8 miles West of Pateley Bridge and 4 miles East of Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales.
It was originally built by the Bradford Corporation as one of eleven reservoirs in the Yorkshire Dales to supply fresh water to Bradford.
The reservoir provides a vital stop-off point for migrating waders, geese and ducks as well as year round populations of birds so this is a great place to visit for bird watchers all year round.
