Please note during the Covid19 Pandemic and lockdown we are trying to operate as full a service as possible but must comply with government advice as must we all and we are now providing a service that minimises social contact to protect our colleagues, customers and their families.
We are carrying out new installations and physical repairs to existing systems operating within the guidelines for social distancing and contact.
We are still providing remote configurations and programming, we are still adding new feeds from existing and new customers while operating within social distancing rules and are carrying out remote assistance. We are also still supplying new products by mail order and are able to put these on line to your website as usual.
However our technical support and sales staff are obviousley restricted at these times so we must ask our customers to use email to contact us and we can assure you we will do all that we can as soon as possible throughout these unprecedented times.
