Delivery Information
Delivery

Camsecure ship world wide. For UK sales, the Products will be delivered to the address submitted by you as the address for delivery on the order form (or, if no such address is submitted, the address of the cardholder) within 14 days of the day on which you submit the order for such products to us, but usually within 5 working days. Once payment has been submitted you will receive a PayPal confirmation email by return and this is your order confirmation, there will be no further communication from us regarding the order unless there is a problem or delay with shipping. If we have agreed another payment method then you will receive a confirmation email directly from us upon payment confirming receipt of the funds. For overseas customers items are shipped via International signed for Airmail, Airsure or in certain circumstances by courier. Overseas customers will be informed of the shipping method and tracking number by email once the order has been shipped. As soon as the Products have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for them. You will only own the Products once we have been paid in full in respect of such Products. Once an order has left Camsecure it is the responsibility of the postal or courier service to deliver the order within their specified time. Camsecure will not be held responsible for late delivery of any orders specifically arranged to be delivered by a specified date. If we are unable to procure that the Products are delivered to you within the time period as set out above, we will inform you of this and either reimburse any sums paid by you in relation to such Products within 30 days of the day on which we should have delivered the Products to you or, with your agreement, procure that the Products are delivered to you by another date.

Delivery types

Shipping costs are calculated and added to the order at the checkout. If there are any problems with the shipping costs we will contact you. UK Orders are shipped by courier although very small items may ship via Royal Mail recorded delivery. You will receive a dispatch mail when your order ships, with full dispatch details. Overseas orders are shipped by International signed for airmail for small items and by courier for larger shipments. Under certain circumstances some overseas orders will need a separate quote for courier shipping e.g. if the order is very large. Contact Us for large overseas shipping prices Please note that our couriers will not ship to personal addresses in Russia and will only deliver to a valid full business address.

Delivery times

Courier: 2-5 days from dispatch date. Royal Mail First-class Recorded: 2-4 working days from dispatch date. (not guaranteed and may be longer) Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next day from dispatch date. (not guaranteed and may be longer) Royal Mail International Airmail: 5 - 20 working days from dispatch date.

Returns

To return a product, please first read though the following terms and conditions and then follow our returns online procedure.  

Return Policy

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from camsecure.co.uk. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation otherwise a refund cannot be provided. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation otherwise a refund cannot be provided. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period

If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. For business customers all warranty repairs after 28 days of receipt are referred directly to the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated)

Open-Box Items (Used)

Please note that our open-box (used) stock is sold with 90 calendar days warranty only, and therefore any claims under the warranty after 90 days of receipt will not be accepted.

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered for any reason other than the item being damaged in transit or faulty on arrival and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us along with all accessories and documentation otherwise a refund cannot be provided. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at camsecure.co.uk, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. (The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to @work customers or our Business customers)

Other Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order prior to shipping in which case we will provide an immediate and complete refund to the customer on cancellation via the original payment method. Customers funds will immediately be availble then to make a purchase elsewhere.
