You can clearly see the wind generators out to sea and a lovely view up the Esplanade towards the Redcar Beacon and the small slipway where boats are launched from.
As with most UK coastal views the scene can be peaceful and quiet with smooth waves lapping the beach, or a dramatic stormy one which is invigorating to watch.
Redcar is a seaside resort and town in the Tees Valley in North Yorkshire, England and historically it is part of the North Riding of Yorkshire.
The Redcar Beacon was opened to the public on 28 March 2013 and is 80ft high with seven floors. The beacon allows visitors to see a 360 degree view around Redcar. The beacon incorporates many Eco features too.
