Gurnard sailing club was established in 1931, and is the Island’s premier Dinghy Club with around 600 members.
The club provides high quality dinghy racing in Gurnard Bay and the Western Solent.
Gurnard Sailing club has a friendly and warm atmosphere and in 1996 the club won lottery and heritage funding to build a new clubhouse.
The club house is great and features a purpose designed commercial standard kitchen and bar providing lunches on Sundays and an evening meal on Wednesdays during race days.
During training evenings the club is also open for food and drinks and of course socialising.
