Charmouth village is situated on the mouth of the River Char in Dorset and its history dates back to the Iron Age when a Celtic tribe known as the Durotriges, founded a settlement there.
Charmouth has shops and cafes by the beach and on the main street to serve locals and tourists which enjoy the beach all year round, and these include a fossil shop, cafés, bakers, two pubs, and ironmonger. The Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre is based in a long-disused cement factory on the foreshore.
Camsecure live webcams are used in towns and cities, in coastal and seaside resorts to showcase the splendid views in the resort and often for weather and often for weather and flood monitoring purposes too
Check out our Global webcams and other maps too for more of our live webcam demonstrations from all over the world.
We hope you have enjoyed viewing our live Charmouth webcam, why not have a look at our other webcams from Dorset too..
