How easy is it to use Camsecure Viewstream? (see the full feature list below) |
As soon as you run Viewstream it will detect and display your webcam. If you have more than one webcam connected then it will display the first one. On the bottom of the Viewstream window you will see the message "Not Streaming". Click on the "ViewStream" heading at the top of the window and you will see the options "Start Streaming", "Stop Streaming" and "Preferences". To start Viewstream streaming video........yes you have guessed it, click on "Start Streaming". Thats It. The program will now display Streaming on port 8080 at the bottom of the Viewstream window and this is the data port that viewstream is streaming your webcam video on. |
Camsecure Viewstream is supplied on CD along with sample HTML code and sample web pages to show you how easy it is to get your webcam streaming to your website. Printed instructions are also included along with information on how to open ports on your router and setting up a dynamic name server if you dont have a static IP address. if you need help with getting Viewstream to stream to your website or have any other questions about using Viewstream then please check the FAQ and Support section as your answer may already be there. If you cant find it then please contact us and we will offer every assitance we can....even if we have to phone you back. Viewstream is very easy to use and has no frills to get in the way......just easy streaming software. Full instructions for other Viewstream features are included with the software. |
The next update to Camsecure Viewstream is scheduled to include uPnP for firewall access so many of you wont even need to open a port in your firewall or router. |
