National Coastwatch Institute Webcam 2 From St. Ives Bay, Cornwall
The National Coastwatch Institution or NCI is a voluntary organisation
which provides a visual watch along the UK's coasts. The NCI should not
be confused with HM Coastguard.
The NCI was formed in Cornwall in 1994 after the deaths of two local
fishermen who drowned right below a recently closed Coastguard Station
at Bass Point.
